Who runs Orlando Wash Club?
Bradley Turner owns Orlando Wash Club and runs the work here in Orlando. He has more than 15 years of experience in exterior cleaning and washing. Bradley is local to Apopka and grew up around Bear Lake, and he knows the area and its people.
Elijah Burr is co-owner. He owns and operates Clean Pros TN in Knoxville (since 2011), Dry Right Florida in Orlando, and Listo Restoration in San Antonio. He is the third generation of his family in the cleaning trade: both of his grandfathers started carpet cleaning companies in the early 1970s.
Why a membership?
Florida homes don’t stay clean for long. Mold, mildew and algae grow back on walls, roofs, screens and driveways all year. We built the club around that: one monthly price, visits on a schedule, posted prices, and no sign-up fee. You don’t have to notice the green coming back, or wait for the HOA to notice it first.
How do we work?
- Soft wash, not high pressure. A cleaning solution does the work on walls, roofs and screens. Pressure is only for concrete and pavers.
- Wash water stays out of the storm drain. We work away from storm drains and rinse thoroughly so what’s left is well diluted. Here’s how.
- Plants get looked after. We wet them before and rinse them after.
- Posted prices. Every plan and add-on price is on the plans page, and we confirm yours before the first visit.
- We tell you what we see. Rust stains, a torn screen, a loose gutter: we point it out instead of guessing.
