Why a membership instead of a one-time wash?
In Central Florida, mold, mildew and algae start growing back as soon as a house is washed. A one-time cleaning looks great for a while, then the green creeps back up the north wall and the roof streaks return. A membership puts the house on a schedule, so it gets washed before the growth takes hold, and you don’t have to remember to call.
It also spreads the cost into an even monthly price instead of a few large bills a year.
How do I join?
- Pick a plan. Use the estimate builder with your home’s size, or call or text 321-321-1471.
- We confirm your price. We check the size of your home and anything special, like rust stains or a pool cage, and confirm the monthly price before the first visit.
- We schedule the first visit. You pick a time on our booking page, or we set it up with you by phone or text.
- Visits follow the plan. We schedule each visit ahead and let you know before we come.
What does a year look like on each plan?
- Essentials ($79 a month): two visits a year for the house and driveway and walks, and 10% off add-ons.
- Plus ($129 a month): four visits a year for the house and driveway and walks, a roof soft wash once a year, and 15% off add-ons.
- Full Club ($171 a month for homes up to 1,999 sq ft): four visits a year covering the house, roof, driveway, walks, pavers, fences, gutter exteriors, an exterior window rinse and the pool cage, plus a roof blow-off each month on request and a monthly touch-up visit of up to an hour.
What is the monthly touch-up visit?
Full Club members can ask for a touch-up visit of up to one hour each month between the quarterly cleanings: a spot on the walk that went green, the front entry before guests arrive, or a patch the HOA noticed. Text us what you need and we will fit it in.
How does billing work?
Memberships run 12 months and are billed monthly. There is no sign-up fee and no first-service charge: you pay the monthly price from the start.

What if I need something that isn’t in my plan?
Add-ons are booked when you want them, at your plan discount: gutter clean-outs, solar panel cleaning, pool cage cleaning, an extra roof wash, paver sealing and rust or irrigation stain treatment. See the prices.
