How much is the Full Club for a bigger home?
The Full Club is $171 a month for a home up to 1,999 square feet of living area. Each extra 500 square feet, or part of it, adds $19 a month. Plus and Essentials are posted for homes up to 1,999 square feet; for a larger home we confirm the price before you join.

What do the add-ons cost?
Add-ons are booked when you want them. Members take their plan discount off: Plus members 15% off, Essentials members 10% off.

Paver sealing and rust or irrigation stain treatment depend on the area and the stain, so we look first and quote on site.
What is the difference between the plans?
- Essentials keeps the house and driveway presentable: two visits a year.
- Plus adds frequency and the roof: the house and driveway every quarter, and a roof soft wash once a year.
- The Full Club is everything outside, four times a year: house, roof, driveway, walks, pavers, fences, gutter exteriors, an exterior window rinse and the pool cage, plus a roof blow-off each month on request and a touch-up visit of up to an hour each month.
How does billing work?
Memberships run 12 months and are billed monthly. There is no sign-up fee and no first-service charge. We confirm your price for your home before the first visit, so there are no surprises.
